THE LITTLE GLASS STUDIO

Martha's Vineyard's Liz Ragone isn't your typical stained glass artist. With a background in woodworking and floral design, Liz infuses her work with a revitalized vintage feel. She breathes new life into antique and thrifted objects with her artistic touch. Nestled away in her charming West Tisbury cabin studio, glass shapes into anything you can imagine.

During our brand discovery session, we uncovered Liz’s creative process of breaking beautiful glass to let the small pieces reform together as an entirely new designs. This concept of fragments coming together to form a whole resonated deeply and it became the guiding principle for her little glass cabin logo design.

If you look at Liz’s cabin design, the top portion can break apart to become a sunbeam, symbolizing the essential light that illuminates her glasswork and brings her imagery to life. As a designer, I believe that a single object can be many things to whoever looks at it, so I carried that perspective into the logo designs, enabling them to also reformat into various shapes and purposes for her storytelling and brand presence.
